My guides are functional alignment, creative process, human resiliency, and the teachings of Yoga. My vinyasa classes are strengthening and sequenced specifically to train skills and build motor pathways around particular peak forms. My yin classes offer grounding and support to coax deep physical and mental release and unwinding. I am a weaver of movement, breath, and heart themes that are drawn from the ancient teachings and tools of yoga, made relevant to us in the world we inhabit now. I encourage my students to explore through all layers of our aliveness, from the still, spacious depths, to the most mundane and surface level thinking, feeling, and doing.
