Marine Park in Bellingham, Wa
September 7, 2025 | 11 am
Join me for a once in a late summer opportunity to practice yoga in the park as part of the Whatcom Tree Festival in support of the Whatcom Million Trees Project.
This weekend-long festival features a lineup of events for Whatcom County residents in support of community, wellness and connection to trees! By participating you’ll learn new ways to appreciate and support the health of our urban forests, and how that directly ties to your health! All funds raised directly support the local tree-planting and protecting work of The Whatcom Million Trees Project.

Spirit of Spring: Bloom
A five elements yoga retreat
Bowen Island, British Columbia
May 6-8, 2026
W/Liza Higbee-Robinson & Liesl Schwerin
As May unfolds in the Pacific Northwest, nature awakens — wildflowers bloom, birds sing, and the days grow longer and lighter. It's a season of renewal that invites awakening and possibility.
Step away from the daily demands of living and reconnect with nature and yourself. Through rest, presence, and awakening practices, you’ll tune into your body, quiet your mind, and align with the rhythm of the season.
Held on beautiful Bowen Island, surrounded by forest and ocean, this is more than a retreat — it’s an opportunity for return. To yourself. To the earth. To the present moment.
Join me for this special experience — close to home, yet a world away.
