Sow the Seeds of Sankalpa
March 25th and 26th
Retreat Center
Bow Sanctuary
Join me and my friend Kelly for a cozy and intimate mini-retreat March 25th and 26th at the Bow Sanctuary, a tranquil space for us to relax and return to center. Nestled at the base of the Chuckanut Mountains in Bow, WA, 20 short minutes from Bellingham, this weekend is for practitioners who want the immersive experience of a retreat without having to travel for a week or more.
Celebrate the renewal of spring and cultivate the seeds of connection and community in an immersive format.
Our time together will include chanting, vinyasa and yin/restorative practices, yoga philosophy exploration, opportunities to reflect and journal, time to explore the Sanctuary’s Japanese inspired Pacific Northwest Gardens, and community meals.
This workshop qualifies as 16 hours of continuing education through Yoga Alliance.
