About the Five Elements: This retreat draws inspiration from the Daoist theory of five elements or phases: wood, fire, earth, metal, and water. Each element corresponds with natural patterns present in all growth and transformation processes, including the stages of growth that occur over the course of a year through the seasons. This retreat is themed around the metal phase and the earthbound, letting go season of fall.

About Aroma Acutouch: Aroma Acutouch includes the use of pure essential oils to stimulate points along the Chinese meridians, with the goal of improving emotional, physical, and spiritual balance and harmony with the seasons.
